He gets the one removed by Kakashi reattacted and the one Gaara destroyed replaced with the help of Kakuzu. Deidara is actualy a lot stronger then he seems in the fights we have seen so far in the anime. The only reason he was defeated so easily is because he didn't come prepared to these recent fights as he mentioned earlier.
