can someone plz make a singleplayer version of this? all i want is the hl singleplayer campain with all the stunts and fun of the specielists, is that too much to ask, you don't even have to script anything, just replace folders and that crap, every map is a chance to get new guns, i really don't care, is that too much to ask?

Yes, there is scripting to be done. This would take quite awhile. Plus, you would have to get permission from the mod team who made this. Its not that simple.

ERRR WRONG! the mod is for hl 1 and hl 2! you either extract it here C:\Program Files\steam\steamapps\sourcemo­ds or in your hl 2/hl directory

fail. It's only a Half life mod. Try extracting the specialists mod to Sourcemods. You cant just expect it to work. They both use different engines.
