Any man can have a feminine appearance, taking hormones, put silicone implants, to laser hair removal to remove the beard, and may make a facial feminization surgery to smooth the appearance of the face and make it more feminine. But this entire transition process will not make him a woman, why not have ovaries, uterus, even going to be castrato operate it will always be biologically male.
