I think that Pluto is the stongest of the scouts. She guarded the Gate of Time and had to fight off any intruders. So she had been fighting before she joined the other scouts.

@MalteseLover5 Strongest? more like PHENOMENAL. if i recall correctly pluto didnt die when all the other scouts did on the moon.... she has been guarding that door for over 1,000 years ALONE. while neptune and uranas have there lovey dovey selves to keep company. not to mention in the manga it seemed she had a crush on you know who and he was taken by usagi. :/ ANNNNNNND on top of that she had to take care of rini the daughter of her crush protecting her from a lot of crap. i sa thats phenomenal
