This game is based on an anime/manga called Kinnikuman. The Buffalo guy is actually named Buffaloman and the Knight guy is named Robin Mask. The blue 4 armed guy is named Asuraman The guy with the brown hair is named Geronimo. In the demo, you see Kinnikuman and the Fu Man Chu guy is named Ramenman. Not sure if you remember the Ultimate Muscle anime that was around back in the early 2000s, but this game is based off of its predecessor.
@IronFury Y'know, I do believe that around around the time of this game's release, there were plans to bring the original Kinnikuman anime over to America, but the content was too explicit for 1980's American children's standards. Lots of toilet humor, Kinnikuman was a perverted slob, and there was also the Nazi character called Brocken Jr., who was replaced by Geronimo for the game's U.S. release.

I would say that M.U.S.C.L.E is even worse than Tag Team Wrestling but not by much. Anyway, good video, bad game.
