I love watching the 3-4 when you have a great group of LB's. Its a hybrid defense that is a blast to watch. It's gonna be rl fun the next few yrs!!

I dont know about don'ta moving to jack. I would look for courtney upshaw to make a move now fanneys gone. I think nico gets into the rotation if/when hightower does line up on the edge, but i would look for upshaw.

They already are Linebacker-U we can't even play all our talent because we have so much of it. I don't see how we are going to get everybody on the field that should play to play. That might be one of Saban's toughest jobs next year

well with brandon fanney transferring to UNA, it looks like hightower will move to his spot as the hybrid 3-4 olb/de on 4-3..thats means nico might start in the middle or spilt time with that senior we have...but we'll be alirght..rollllllllll tide..

Nico is the guy I am most excited about in this class, along with Fluker, Richardson, and McCarron. From watching his highlights, he seems to read the play very well and plays smart. Dude also hits like a train. I think half his tackles in this video lifted his victims clean off their feet! rtr

I think since he is only 228, we should put him in reamer's spot and we will have the best group of lbs in the country...Dre needs to play FS and D.J. will be another great bama ot in the past 10 years..Chris Samuels to Andre and Andre to D.J....rollllllllllllll tide rollllllll..

when Mcclain was recruited he was only 230 the all bulk up so when hightower is gone he can take over well...looking at these highlights he reads plays like Mcclain and gets to the ball...

I like Dre most...we got linebackers we dont have a cover corner like Dre...with Saban being a DB coach he will be good...I think Fluker will be great but he needs coaching..his highlights show him getting beat

I'm more excited about Rod Woodson at DB. He totally destroys people and can cover really well too. I love Dre but Rod is a monster. RTR

I like this guy. Nico is solid all around and is a ball hawking linebacker. Can fit in any linebacker position, but due to his size and strength, probably better suited for strongside or middle linebacker positions. Speed is favorable and his sure tackling form makes him a great LB. Pretty smart in pass protection and has unbelievable vision when tackling in traffic. He will fit perfectly in Nick Saban's defensive scheme and could contribute immediately in nickel or dime situations next season.

everybody's talking about trent and dre, but this kid is the sleeper of this class if he can pick up on the playbook. what am i talking about? he'll be playing next to rolo. he'll be fine. make some noise, nico! roll tide!

From what i can tell he looks great at diagnosing play individually. Hope he starts breaking towards the ball a little faster once he gets to bama hopefully, and a little more top end speed wont hurt either. Roll Tide!
