@elephanty93 I think the rule of thumb is that if you have lighter eyebrows, then use one shade darker, but if you have very dark eyebrows, you should use one shade lighter than your natural brow color :)

Hey ! Using a brow pencil/shadow 1 shade darker then your natural brow color is only suitable for blonds! It's the opposite for brunettes !
