Alright, this is adressed to everyone who doesn't have a plus sign:
This probably means you now have iCloud. To get your plus sign back, go to Settings and click on iCloud. Then turn on Contacts. It'll ask to Merge. Click Merge. You should get it back. Hope this helped. ^.^
@WhySoRussia i figured out mine it was easy actually all you have to do is plug your ipod touch on da computer,now go to itunes,and look for "info" now click on the box that say's "Sync Adress Book Contacts" now go on your ipod touch go to contact's and just look for the + button on the top right corner reply back if it didn't work like this comment if it worked:)
For iPod users without plus sign. HERE'S HOW TO FIX!!!!! Go to settings. Then go to iCloud. Go down to contacts. Hit on. Then hit merge. Go to actual contacts an you're plus sign will be there. Welcomes! :)
@StardustDragon74 With your iPod touch connected to iTunes, select the 'Info' tab. The section at the top will display which contacts you have selected. Make sure that the 'All contacts' option is selected. If you're not seeing all of your contacts on the iPod, it may be that you have the option set to 'Selected groups'.
@StardustDragon74 OK, another place to check is on the iPod touch itself. Do you have different 'Groups' setup in your Windows contacts (Outlook Express I assume)? When you open up the 'Contacts' app on the touch, take a look at the top left hand corner. You'll see a button that is labeled 'Groups'. When you click on it, it should display all of your groups. Make sure that 'All' is selected. It could be that a specific group was selected instead.
Contacts can be added to the Video iPod by using iTunes. When you sync your iPod, select the Contacts tab in iTunes (The tab will only appear when the iPod is being synced with iTunes). From the Contacts tab, select the contacts you wish to move over. In order for this to work, you must already have contacts loaded on your PC/Mac.
@NinjaTaco1013 THANKS!

Just select the contact, and then press the edit button in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom, and press the Delete button.
