Miiight have helped if you checked out the tutorial Sephora did on them. Apparently they're meant to be sealed once they're on with water. So its apply, wet, peel, wet again. But they're pretty anyhow. Bit of work though.

your not suposed to put lipgloss on over these things because its oily and oil takes them off easyer this may seam discusting but next time you wear these and they go wrong, use olive oil to take them off they just peel right off and it really works i tried it lol

I tried that with the pink polka dotted one and I filled in the sides that were bare and it looked completely nice. I had to reapply after like 8 hours though because I wore them all day at my friends b day party. And it is such a good idea.

Everyone please apply lip balm over this just make sure it is not a glossy or oily lip balm. But you have to apply something over it because if you don't your lips will get messed up.

actually, you can apply some gloss! "Violent Lips" has tested a few popular lip product brands and the one i use that is compatible with "Violent Lips" is Baby Lips...you can get it at any drugstore, rite aid or walmart! lol
