yeh thats what i was meaning to say because i know how he feels definatly hehe! they always tell you if they dont like something anyway hehe no my sister have stopped riding him now, but his condition is perfect hes as lively as a 6 year old and everyone who sees him and has been with him always never beleives me when i say its 20 they just dont beleive me! his teeth are still white too :D
He will tell you when he has had enough. Shetlands always do! Be careful, though, as he gets older he may find your weight and your sister's weight too much. Look after your golden oldie. He has looked after you!
my pony is about 21 hes not old lol that young for a shetland and im heavy for my height and mine still carries my 17 year old sisters around too, and mine still jumps he loves it although i suppose ponies age differently! he wont be retired until hes about 30 or when i think he needs a rest!
awww what age are the children who ride them if you dont mind me asking? yes my pony is 43.5 (10.3hh and a half hands high) Lol! Has the jumping pony been to any comps its got speed and its jump is really good! xx

Old - about 21 years now. He loved jumping. Still alive, though.

awww! how old is the pony? x
Bisthebestshetland 5 years ago
Child riding and jumping is about 11 (very tall and light). No comps as there are few in Shetland and pony is old and nearly retired.

Jumping - 42", driving about 38", I think. Driving is a stallion. Jumping is a gelding.

42" on the nail!!!

lol! how many hands is the chestnut driving and jumping?? xx

All the ponies on this video are standards, no minis, most are between 28 and 42 inches

That should read 38 inches not 28!
