when i play rakion it's to damn laggy..

it's 100mbps but seems like it is only 1mbps when running..can someone help pls!

we are using router here...our normal speed of internet is 10mbps when we connect the internet in the router it became 100mbps and still running slow...do damn laggy when i play online games...help! =(
