Agreed. We have a horrible habit here in the States of beating everything we can out of a show before ending it. However much I miss this show, I am glad that didn't happen. Same goes for other brilliant British comedies, like Coupling.
It's about 4:00am while I'm watching this... and when Brian asks "you got a tape player" and Mike says "no" and Tim says "Thank fuck" I let out the biggest screech of laughter, I'm wearing headphones, and I can't tell just how loud it was.
Love spaced, it definitely had a lot more mileage than 2 seasons of seven episodes.
