just cuz you go to private school doesnt mean you super wealthy. some people get scholarships to go, some people work hard as hell to give their kids that opportunity. hell in miami, sometimes stuff is rough, it might be better to be in a private school.
that is so awesome that she is putting her money to good use, and obviously she has a big heart because her and her sister started the foundation before she was even on the show
though she's rich (studying in a private school and living in one of the most expensive suburbs in the states), she remains to be down to earth... that's what i love about her
Private schools have prom too. And who cares if she is well-off or not? She won fair and square and what she is doing with her money is completely admirable. I don't think any of the other winners have donated some of their money to charity (correct me if I'm wrong.) Jeanine deserves every good thing that finds its way to her!
Since the beginning, I thought it was going to be Jeanette vs Kayla at the end 'cause they were superior to the others and the judges pointed that out many times. However, when Jeanette was voted off, it was like getting kicked in the face. I still don't understand why America voted her off. Then, Jeanine and Brandon were given awesome routines in the last 3 weeks, while Kayla had to do the best with that she was given and it feels like she didn't get a chance to fully prove herself.
wow i'm so glad she won! america really chose the winner. she might have not been a TANK like brandon, but look at her, she's sweet, funny, energetic and she's got a personality. she truly is my favorate!
Kayla was clearly Mia's favourite throughout the season, and it was so evident with all the "Kayla you're a star, Kayla you're the definiton of perfection, blah, blah, blah."
So yes, in quite an indirect way I think she was saying that, not necessarily Jeanine shouldn't have won, but Kayla should have.
it was so clear that mia thought kayla should have won its because when kayla was leaving sh'es like " i especially loved working with mia" or something like that..
Which is why I like most of Mia's work (some too weird) but can't stand her. I hate when "teachers" are outwardly obvious with their favorites and she does this every since yr and if you're not amonst her favorites you've got a tough road with her no matter what you do. How can you not see the talent in Brandon? A two yr old can recognized that and I still don't believe she thinks he's all that talented. Crazy.
Rofl, she's so funny. Promising the Top 20 Free City sweatpants, aahaa. She totally deserved this! SO GLAD America finally got this right. She's talented, generous, a sweetheart, and hilarious. <3
Though to be fair to Joshua, he must have needed the money coming from where he's from.Still to be so young and to dedicate her prize money to helping others, that says a lot about her. She really is someone to look up to!
The others probably wouldn't have because they were all poor. Jeanine is quite well-off. That said, it is amazingly generous that she donated her money.
So, she's going to UCLA after the tour, donating money to her and her sister's Alzheimer's foundation, AND buying the Top 20 Free City sweats?! She's got a humility, a self-awarenes, charisma and precociousness beyond her years. I wish her much success with all her future endeavors. She's certainly deserving of that.
nice interview! LMAO at free city sweat pants.. those are pretty expensive... and btw, my respect for her grew even bigger when she said that she has her own foundation - at that age... wow! young celebrities should look up to her

I didn't really understand what Mia said???
Is she thinking that Jeanine should've not won????
Whatever I think she deserve it!!!!

Basically, Mia wanted Kayla to win.
Kayla was clearly Mia's favourite throughout the season, and it was so evident with all the "Kayla you're a star, Kayla you're the definiton of perfection, blah, blah, blah."
