Billy Joel stated in an interview that this song was about Mick Jaggers wife at the time. Joel said that he wrote the song for Jagger. If you listen you can hear Joel doing a Jagger performance.

thi reminds me of my step brother, he is so full of himself we watched this show about extreme marksmen on history or military channel and he said he could shoot a target over a mile away with a sniper rifle without a sniper rifle and without training and that what the guys in the army was easy and took no skill. hes 19
