eventually sub cultures and infrastructures change that beauitiful neighbor hood with all the freshly paved ashfault and all that green grass and that park there across the street and them newly built houses and the kids that grew up there will look back 20 years with that nostalgic at home feeling and realize the scenery dont match the memory no more.
If your version of boring is beautiful vistas, fantastic weather, safe neighborhoods and quiet serenity...than I would take THIS boring ANYDAY! I love Palos Verdes!
