I think that, just maybe, this really is a positive song. Just because usually Nashimoto-P is so blunt with his messages (Kutabare PTA and Shinitagari, for example) and at the very least, this song comes off as... mostly positive. Even so, it's still saying that "I'm not perfect and maybe I never will be", but still trying despite that.

Whether I've interpreted the lyrics wrong or right, the song itself is great. Nashimoto-P is very much a favorite of mine <3

It's so cheerful and hopeful song if you read it literally. But the Japanese vocabularies in the title and the lyric is often used in hopeless excuse by a man who haven't made an effort. Nashimoto-P is a twisted man so I don't know which is correct. However I felt something awkward when I read positive comments here. I believe this song is about a hikikomori that becomes friends or falls in love with someone over the internet, and they gather the courage to finally step out into the outside world to see that person. To someone with severe social anxiety that is a big step.
