no but after u record it u can put it on sony vegas and import ur music there. but use cam studio i just found out it has better quality then hypercam 2 and u could import music on it

Well similar to how that other person suggested a screen recorder you could try this one, Camstudio. There's an option from recording sound from speakers (it should work even if you don't have speakers) and from a mic. You can set quality settings and all that crap yourself.

I could swear there was an swf converter but I can't remember what it was so try this if you can't come up with something better.

And a second set of things I just quickly searched but KNOW NOTHING ABOUT. I hear you can try SUPER (C) to do it. Or this Ultra Flash Video FLV Converter V4.3 (seems to be trial software though...) Or maybe Magic Swf2Avi. I got all of these hints actually from videos that are related to your own video lol. Any seriously try Camstudio or Super first because those are free for sure then try this other stuff.
