hey man im only 22 and been working out for 4 years, but my dads 51 and has been working out since hes been 25, anyway hes 5'9 200lbs and can still spuat 400lbs 4 sets of 8-12. heres what im getting at. he ruined his roter cuffs by taking that lat bar and bringing it behind his head like your doing in the begining of your video. take that bar down in front of your face to about your nose/mouth. if you do in 20 years you will still be able to do lat pulldowns.
The lat pull down behind the head has now been ruled incorrect and dangerous. Make sure you pull down on the chest, not bending your neck and pulling behind the head. Good work though mate :)

That usually happens due to poor form or too much weight. But done correctly it's great for lats.
