Beautiful. I actually came looking for Gøran Søllcher performances as I have heard a flute/guitar CD he did in the past with Marc Grauwels and liked his playing very much.

I can't fault your playing at all. I usually prefer my Bach with a more steady tempo (think Glenn Gould) but your performance is lovely.

I started to play the classical guitar when I was 26.You are 8 years ahead of me. I strongly recommend a qualified c.g. instructor to avoid many pitfalls. To my mind, there are no shortcuts, hurry slowly and enjoy the pleasure of mastering the small steps. It has been a wonderful experience all the way.

I play it on my folk guitar( not as good as you... )with the metal strings it makes the sound a bit like the lute...in my mind...

Listening to you I found out that my tab for this gavote was wrong.

Thank you! I play a classical guitar, spruce soundboard. (Raya Pardo, Granada 1998) I don't think, however, you had noticed a great difference (on this media, YT) if I played these Gavottes on a cheaper instrument.
