why would you want 2 btl 18's? the subs are cheaper but the sq isn't as good... the spl would be much much higher but just to run 2 18''s you would need to upgrade so much in your car just to facilitate the power they need... doesn't make sense to me to compare 18'' to 12'' anyways just because of price... 18'' hits harder but at different frequency then 12'' and 12'' takes up less space your not gonna have to pull seats and make a wall for 2 12'' but 18'' you can't say the same

you cant compare fi to jl audio fi is good and hase some loud woofers but the quality aint as good as jl audio all the small woofer companies use the same products as fi to make thier woofers and most of them use the same cheap basket that makes the woofers bottom out when playing low bass right away because the frame aint deep enough while jl audio custom makes their baskets for each of their woofers for the difference in power handling.
