The chanting is there. So feel its bliss and the lord's love. Most are attracted to the chanting because of the bliss its giving them but it is not is true purpose. The concept of chanting is to understand the Lord and what the lord is urging you to do. it is not for the sake of receiving some "spiritual high." If you're chanting and still continuing your sinful activities then you are not very spiritually advance and have failed to grasp the purpose of chanting to begin with.
