the painful times (i couldn't sit, walk, sleep etc.) lasted 6 months and the needles definitely helped. now i have to do some exercises for my abdominal muscles (and my back as well) regularly (30 min/3-4 times a week) for the rest of my life, but nonetheless the pain returns from time to time. anyway, it's ok, could be worse

uhmm, hard to say, 'cause i tried different things at the same time. if you have similar problems try accupunture, it definitely helped - now i'm cured, no pain anymore, i can play drums again and yesterday i was on a nine inch nails concert!! so good luck to you!!

this is part of an alternate curing process - i had to to the bleedings about 6 or 7 times and i always wanted to see, what this procedure looks like, so i brought a cam and the guy with the knife filmed his actions. the result is a hard and disgusting video but through the musi and the cuts there is also an humoristic aspect.

I understand what chronic pain is like and the depths one will go to in the search for relief, and this and similar procedures have been used for thousands of years. don't confound acupuncture and bleeding, cause the needles aren't as painful as the stuff in the video. I'm not sure, if the bloody thing really helped, cause i tried many treatments at the same time, but I can assure you that - with discipline and patience - the needles helped my curing process, so try it if you're able to. good luck!! (btw my pain lastet from march to july and i still have to resign on many things)
