I actually had a camera with me at the concert I went to but we just happened to be sitting RIGHT next to the light box so people would have seen if we took a picture or recorded anything...
I don't think cameras are ever allowed, but since they can be so small these days, people are able to slip them in unnoticed pretty easily. Even though it's technically illegal, I think that it can make for a good momento of your time at a concert (especially when you've payed $50+ just to go!), just don't be selling the videos, etc.

she is best friends with my step-mom and has been since they where little.
I met her last summer she's awsome

Both times I went to the concert, cameras weren't allowed. Cameras were allowed at that show????
