I think a problem can arise in the event that the original composer of the tune/lyrics decides to go to seek court redress, but i think Kimani only cares that the message is done. I am not an expert and i don't really know if the law of copyrightts has been broken. I think its an issue of kindness and tolerance that there is still a balnace in the whole situation. I think its not wrong to copy lyrics to make a new gospel song as long as it is meant to praise God (the giver of lyrics). Philip Kimani and Wasaimo are passing Godly messages in the same lyrics.I hope this is not offensive to any party.
