No, it is a custom built train. I don't know who built it but I can tell it is custom made, Lego has never made a train that looks like that. Sorry.

No, it's based on a design by James Mathis. I modified a fair amount using the LDraw system of tools before building it with real bricks.

Actually, it's not. The colour pattern is the San Diego Coaster but that's impossible to represent in LEGO colours, so I chose green instead. It does look rather like the GO Transit though...
