Bigfatsmoke, a win for the Terran player would have been impossible against any good player at that point. The Zerg player already had Hydralisks, which can destroy the Terran buildings in midair. It would be impossible to land anywhere without the lings and hydras already being there to destroy everything. Good game, what an amazing Zerg rush, never seen one like it before.
calm down there angry boy. i'm entitled to have my opinion. i think goodfriend is a shitty player and if there is a way of measuring objectively how good a player is we're more than welcome to have a conversation about it. besides 2005 was a year ago and that last game was the saddest performance i've since nada vs yooi
Goodfriend is one of my favorite veterans, he does know how to mess up sometimes but no doubt he's still very strong, fact is he beat Ever and YellOw less than 2 weeks ago in OSL and he's doing well, ranked 11th in Korea above many great names... dont diss him.
He did have some advantage due to the choke, in the open in would be even easier for the zerg, but the main reason was the surprise, that zerg got enough to overwhelm his forces that early in the game.
i wonder if a bunker whould work... (I NEED TO TRY THIS RUSH!)

It's truly unique game, I haven't seen a similar ZvT rush in any other pro game ;) I was surprised that nobody uploaded it, so I did.
