Just had the teriyaki chicken one... I'm sure it's filled with ingredients I am unable to pronounce and could get cancer from it in the long-run if I eat them a lot, but whatever, it was a quick and simple on-the-go meal. Worked for me... but that's it for the year.

I just tried this and it's dogshit in a bowl. The noodles come out slimy and the flavor is awful. Do yourself a favor and go with Nissin's Souper Meal.
