you can tell just by looking at the road that the fire appliance had no chance to stop the roads just covered in ice so they cant blame the poor driver

I remember that, they were blaming the fire truck driver saying that he should be fired etc. I think bctv had a better angle of the truck cruising in and smashing. I felt sorry for the guy as it was probably slipperier than anyone imagined as otherwise there would not have been an accident there in the first place.
