These ideas and models can work the classical way (top-down) but every one should think what he can do (bottom-up) Maybe if Better Place comes to us - it could start with neighborhood vehicles and work its way up.
There are so many ways and options to do things. Don’t wait for others – start and focus on your life and your business. And the will be always a return of invest either on the short term but always on the long term.

We've got to be smart and we will have to be intelligent and considered not only about the business models that will bring sustainable technologies to market but also about the competitive dynamics.
