I have flown B.A in economy class, back from India, basically BA is like this country, that is its a good company to fly with if you have money and not have to fly cattle class or if you are not english you will get treated better, would never repeat never fly BA again

BA service is just fine. It's all about individual staff; my experiences have been great in Club World and First.

@created77 If you are unfortunate enough to live in the UK of course I'm not telling you o connect through Malaysia wherever you fly. Having said that, I would try to avoid BA as best as I can though.

Try another airline, just try one. If your ever flying out to S.E.Asia or OZ take Thai or singapore airlines. They are in a different class to BA. Read my response to oktokyle too.

BA has got to be one of the worst airlines I have ever flown, irregardless of class. Ask the crew for anything and they treat it as a real hassle. The crew is incredibly rude, especially when serving. If you're asleep, they just shake you awake and say HERE'S YOUR ORANGE JUICE, BECAUSE THIS IS THE TIME THAT WE SERVE ORANGE JUICE. etc

Yetr they go on strike all the bloody time. I'm so glad I get to use a proper airline now - Malaysia Airlines. Excellent service.

Wow, wonderful airline? Trust me, I've flown hundreds of thousands of miles on many different airlines and BA is one of the worst. If you ever do fly out to south-east asia or to OZ, try going via Thai, Singapore or Malaysia Airlines. 3 of the best airlines in the world in terms of service. I'm English. Really, I wish BA was a good airline but it is not. The staff are quite simply one of the worst crews in the world. Not the absolute worst, but not too far off.
