The one that I have: it's screen isn't glossy like that one, it's like wierd and smudgy, almost blurry, not glossy the the iPhone, but more like some sort of cheap GPS for a car... Gross....

I've had this phone for a year, was great, then it started getting REAL annoying because it was so glitchy. It started turning off by itself, dropping calls, not even showing calls when someone was calling, became really slow, and froze up and had to be restarted. It WAS a good phone, but now it is not. I think that it's just my unit, though.

@Snipernaction I have it in ice. its good but you should get a newer fone try the samsung gravity T if i could pick a new fone i would get dat nd it is $5 cheaper than the highlight lol also the samsung gravity T is a touch screen nd it has a full qwerty keyboard i hate txting on the highlight is bad if i make a mistake it takes a real long time to get it to the exact rite spot. but dont let me make the choice for u its whatever you want but dont get the highlight ;-)

Well then. lolz I was wondering what this phone was all about and it's just like the Samsung Behold. I have the 1st generation and it's the same exact thing as this, but a bit bigger, it's a bit more square. I like it, but sometimes, it just shuts off automatically and I don't know why. That's why I was looking for a new phone and I was thinking about this seriously for a bit, but now I changed my mind. Why would a get the same phone, but with less scratches and it's a different color. :( Oops!!

They make you sign a 2 year contract with T-Mobile or you can pay or the phone with credit card, cash or check up front and you have to pay the full amount at 1 time. With that plan, you only have to stay with them for 1 year, so I think that would be the better deal. :)

This is why I like t mobile better than Sprint. Sprint has the samsung instinct which looks very similar to this one. Now this is a pretty low end phone for tmobile but for sprint the instinct it used to be the only good phone. Instinct only had a 2 mp camera. THIS ONE HAS THREE. AND A BETTER INTERFACE, TOUCHSCREEN, AND KEYBOARD!!!

Thanks for the awesome review! I am swapping my BB Curve 8320 for this phone and I am pretty excited. I get it tomorrow and all the reviews (even ones that didn't care much for the Highlight) made me happy about getting it. The proprietary OS/hardware port,and the lack of flash and WIFI kind of disappoints me, but overall, I am impressed with the features it DOES come with. I can't wait til tomorrow!
