If you haven't already done so, I strongly recommend visiting the BMW2002FAQ site. You'll find a TON of info on your 2002, including a specific FAQ for tuning your Weber 32/36 carb. Just look in the '02 FAQs section under Engine & Drivetrain.

Best thing I ever did for her..... My member name is COLLINSTER742002........ I have a thread labeled "74 2002 cuts off at operating temperature"........ That's what got me going on making her run again. Last night, after I took this video, we took it out on a 30 minute drive and it didn't stall ONCE when pulling to a stoplight... Instead it idled right at 950 where I set it with the tach/dwell meter. 2002's FTW!
