You'll see as the car begins driving towards the camera, they cut away just as it would have run over the camera. They then use a POV shot to extend the driving time, and as they cut back to the car (third shot), notice the background remains the same as it was at the end of the first shot. I recall you and Jeff insisting that they had moved the camera to compensate the additional distance driven during the POV shot, but as I have just proved, that is incorrect.

Jon you moron. Why'd you fade out at the end? You can never do that to classic scenes, that's a crime.
Also, I was mentioning the other day how they didn't move the camera between the first and third shot.
