wow its so cute and they look like mini roses, but what do you do with the ends of your hair because my hair is also very fine and naturally poker straight that most things fall out so if the ends are loose it will probably look a bit messy as it tries to come out or will it stay in?

I do this when my hair is damp after washing, except I have a lot more hair...so the first bun is always very high up: I find if I make sure the first little bun is pushed towards the crown of my head, it helps avoid flat hair when the hair dries. Making for wonderful volume until washday rolls around again. :)
