this is not aloe vera juice. It is an aloe vera drink, there is a very clear difference. I love these drinks but all the nutritional facts the lady read out refer to pure aloe vera juice, which has to be taken in the quantities shown. You can drink as much of the stuff in thevid as you like and it will do you no harm but it won't give you the benefits of taking a pure aloe vera supplement daily. If you check the label you can see the ingredients - the fewer the better - with natural cane sugar.

the korean aloe drink is basically not really aloe juice, it's just a lot of sugar and other stuff. You might want to go to a health food store like trader joes or whole foods and get real aloe juice, ask a staff to help you get it.

The brand of aloe vera juice that you're showing comes in green tea! :) It's very tasty and refreshing. However, i cant find that specific brand with green tea flavor in stores, only plain. I got the drink in Chinatown. I've tried other Aloe green tea drinks and they're not as good but they will suffice :)

aloe vera DRINK and aloe vera JUICE are two different things. I got lily of the desert brand aloe vera JUICE (where the ONLY ingredient is aloe vera juice) and it has a bitter taste. The

recommend dose of the PURE JUICE is 2 oz a day. I have also tried aloe vera DRINKS that have other ingredients and that are sw

eetened. Please clarify what the ingredients and serving size was in that bottle you showed.

I am a tea drinker also. Since I found about about Rooibos teas, I prefer them now.  They do not contain any of the caffeine but have a lot of the same benefits. Most of the time I get Green Rooibos.

Hmm, I'll have to try the aloe vera juice. I drink green tea and really like it! I peaked at the comment from NiaEvans regarding wheatgrass. I put the powder in my green smoothies and it tastes wonderful while boosting energy. I've been out for awhile and I can tell the difference.

@iamaksd LOL! My daughter is so unique. She's so me. I stopped eating pork at 16 just because I wanted to practice discipline (I still don't eat it) and she stopped chicken and beef cold turkey. I'm SO proud of her.  She's really a good kid. Would you believe I bought that dress 10 years ago at Dillard's for like 5 bux? LOL! Thanks for the compliment!

@Tellylove12 Good for you! Yes, when you transition to the natural journey, you become more aware of your internal as well. One lady told me that by using natural products on your skin, you actually can stop the aging process. She's in her late 40's and she began using natural products in her 30's and she looks good. So, stop the process now at 20! You're already good, so at my age (mid 30's) you'll be great!

Wheatgrass tastes like...well...grass but a local Raw Food Chef told me that it helped his skin and he drinks a cup a day! And his skin is just gorgeous.

@sexyellex I drink the aloe vera juice when my daughter leaves extra. LOL! She drinks it like its water! I like the taste yet it does have little pieces in this brand. It's odd because they're so small that you can't chew them so they're kind of odd going down your throat. Not slimy, just odd. I'm going to see if I can find wheatgrass this weekend.
