i've done these missions many times, and just like Ownage2themax3 says you don't have to stall that much, i've you can't keep holding the air brake too long
If I were you, I would try to make more turns that aren't so tight, and do the High-G stuff for a short amount of time. This will keep you from stalling so much :)
In dogfight we dont use assistant,only join strike and realistic.
