Of course he can sing. You couldn't get big back in that day if you couldn't sing. They had auto-tune, but they didn't use it to cover up shitty singing. If you couldn't sing, the producer would fucking replace you. Haha

@bronsonbaker - This album came out in 1989. Autotune was released in 1997. So they didn't even have autotune back then. All singers had to be decent at least. Cher was the first to use it as an effect in 1998.
