  • Nice points, but in the overhead squat, you do not want the shoulder "to go way behind" the head. Humerus should be in line with the ear. Othewise you create too much anterior capsule pressure, and then have an environment for an unstable shoulder.....Just my thoughts...but great idea to release the upper abs...
