how come the enemy has a different color?
It's a special poisonous worm.
If you put a mushroom instead of a flower, you'll lure it.
I'm sorry but I'm not good at explaining in English.

モリスはいらないよ。虫の２戦目後、モリスと話して、でも、つれてない。それで、ゲストはいない。特に、生態Ⅲはこんなに簡単じゃないよ。
もう一つの問題は、防具は重い、サークルは遅すぎる。

yeah i now but only 4 player can go to a quest

yeah i think so too
Yeah, in both story and online quests you get guest characters joining your party, you can spot them by there lack of Green MP bar.
Un fortunately if they die its a game over but luckily they are easy to protect and you can heal them(your teammates will heal them too).
It doesnt really become a problem as personaly ive never had the guest die unless i decided to run past enemies
