Anybody That has watched the movie and purchased the double Album knows that it is ALL the Actors performing the songs! The sound is to clean to be from over 60-70 years ago! andyou can't get that clean from that technology of that ara.not until the late 50's to 60's. but it was them ( the original Artist) that made it happen and it was great for the time, the only thing that was done from someone not in the movie was Kim Wilson on hermonica for both Juke and My Babe

This IS Columbus Short singing this song. If you listen closely, Columbus' runs and riffs are a little different from the original vinyl recording of the song. It's quite similar, yet distinctive. It's amazing how his depiction is so similar though. He played an excellent role!
