I load the game and is not returning what the future hill valley 0.2e but I get the original game and stays stuck on the loading screen please help me

this could be causeed by your computer not downloading the mod correctly, its not a mod like Halo CE you have to have the game first...  and you should see about re installing gta VC, i will make a vid on how to download this
