  • hey guys im 15 years old and i weigh around 50 kgs and im 6,1..i play alot off soccer and i am rather embrassed to take off my shirt due to my skinny body everyone refers to me as the skinny boy or scarerow please guys im begging for any tips to gain some weight and muscle as i am tired of letting my body ruin my life .please email me your ideas on how i can gain weight ................mikyleshady@gmail.com

  • For better results.. eat something. My first 2 weeks of weight training I went up 14lbs in 2 weeks. 16 pounds in 16 weeks makes me think you arnt working out properly. And no the 14 lbs was not water weight or fat. I was actually seeing my abs more clearly as I progressed. Dumbbell press went from 55s to 85s. Spent 4 - 5 hours at the gym each day.

  • @ElysianCards u cant gain 14 lbs. of muscle in 2 weeks. u can gain 10-15 lbs of muscle in a year tho. Go to the store and get 14 lbs. of pure meat. imagine that much muslce on ur body, and u only need 45 min - an hour in the gym to get stronger

  • @ElysianCards YOU'RE AN IDIOT.....

  • @ElysianCards you high bro?

  • Most people have a hard time getting to a low body fat rather than being able to gain mass. Getting down to under 10 percent bodyfat takes extreme nutritional discapline for most; consider yourself lucky!!!

  • fantastic lean body!!what's the difference in bicepssize between flexed en unflexed?mine is more then 2.5".

  • DUDE you need to take a visit to Mcdonalds once in a while

  • man im so skinny to... but so ripped like that... wow... just freakin amazing!!! keep it up man! just dont mind the ngative comments.. we are still here to cheer you up and gettin inspired of your works!

  • what is your body fat percent? 3% my friend is 4% and he doesnt even look like this

  • @arcanejoker777

    Actually I'm at 4% also :-)

  • What a fatass.

  • This guy is so skinny, he sleeps on a sheet of rice paper. J/K man, excellent drive achieving your goals. Check out my vids.

  • This video has given me the balls to try 300 mg ephedrine hcl and 600mg caffeine in one sitting. Here goes nothing.

  • What weights should I be doing as an ectomorph? More sets of lighter weights or less sets of heavier weights?

  • @Warrantofficer13 The heaviest weights with low reps. Aim for 3 sets of 5 reps on each lift with the heaviest weight you can lift. If you can do more than 5 reps with the weight, you need to add more weight.

  • @boochieboy814 what was your diet?

  • @boochieboy814 whoa whoa whoa not always... especially or a beginniner... The muscle needs to learn hw to do 8-10 reps FIRST with a weight you can manage... Then when youve gotten that - and your body's base as developed - THEN you can start on a mass bulding program. If you start on a mass right away, our only going to discourage yourself and learn some horrible habits/form. Learn how to do it properly first with a weight you can master.

  • @Warrantofficer13 no, aim for 8 reps. 5 reps is more of a power lifter set and that is more for strength not for size. if you want both strength and size try doing 1 set with 5 reps the second set do 8 reps and the last set do around 12 to 15. each part of the muscle grows at different rep ranges. it to long to explain but trust me itll work :) good luck!

  • You're brilliant because you put on 16 pounds of extra muscle in 16 weeks without any extra body fat to fuck it up! Don't know how you do it but whatever you're doing must be right.

  • im a hard gainer too...but my body grow as i eat and workout

  • Hey man have you ever read/ heard of stronglifts? I can promise you that doing the stronglifts routine will build more mass and strength than your current training.

  • @MrRae101 is not about gaining volume, it's all about having little body fat and the ripped/compressed muscle fiber.

  • Excellent job dude, looks like you did a perfect clean bulk which is impressive. 16 pounds in 16 weeks is amazing, good job

  • @ThatKidNamedCudi I seriously doubt both those comments. Instead of talking shit over the internet, why don't you post a video of your 15 year old "greek body" and prove it. Yeah...didn't think so bitch. I'm sure if a "skinny guy" like Bruce Lee were standing in front of you you wouldn't say shit. You have no idea of a person's abilities by looking at weight alone. That being said, why don't you go play with your nerf guns before you have your ass handed to you by me again. Tough guy.

  • @ThatKidNamedCudi

And??? I think it's funny too.................it would be downright hysterical when you ran your mouth to someone's face and got knocked the fuck out by a "little guy" like me.

  • the area below the bellybutton is still not defined. the reason are fat pads in this area and on the hips!!!

  • that is freakn AWESOME your chest GREW!!! must have loved the way it made your shirts feel ...really good hard growth.

  • ur body fat seems a little high. might wanna start cutting and dieting

  • @lucas6377 Heh.......yeah...lol.

  • google calorie calculator...it will tell you your maintenance calories and how much more you need to gain weight....your still looking skinny mate.

  • This is sick genetic!!!

  • Holy balls! Talk about all muscle no fat!

  • Respect Bro

  • nice body dude... how many cals u ate a day??? :P.... im 6'0 and weight 120...lol... starting gym/diet soon :)

  • @MrMotivated1234 I really never count to be honest. I just make sure to eat as much as I can every 3 hours. I'll tell you what has really helped me gain weight though...2 things:

Creatine (8 pounds gain in 2 weeks).

Calorie packed superdrink of 8 ounces grape juice mixed with 3 tablespoons olive oil (about 450 calories per drink),,,,I used to drink 3 of them a day. Grape juice has the most calories per serving of any fruit juice, and it overpowers the olive oil taste.

  • ok im really skinny i am 5,10 113lbs 15yo but man i dont have nearly anywhenrer the same amount of veins as you. this is not any hate comment i feel ur pain of not beeing able to gain weight and i have recently started working out and eating as much food as i can fit in my stomach

  • @spunkflunk You are VERY close to my size when I started lifting. You may not have very many prominent veins at the moment, but as you progress through your lifting, they may get more visible. Definately eat man,,,that was my biggest mistake in not eating enough while working out. I probably could have gained much more if my nutrition was up to par.

  • great work bro ! keep it up

  • @all the kids: size isn`t always strength, definition is the key!

    great work dude!!

  • holy shit it's the antichrist

  • i shall pay anyone who can count the number of veins on this guys body...

    5 dollars

  • Excellent progress. Being able to put on 16 pounds of muscle and remain the same body fat percentage is extremely impressive. I envy your genetics man!

  • from the pictures it looks to be like you have hyperthyroidism. (metabolism goes too quickly)

you need to talk to your doctor and start calorie loading

  • more veins than muscle!!! eat some food kiddo!!!

  • Ew..

  • dude, good job. its obvious you've been working out hard. 16 lbs in 16 weeks is hard to do without taking a bunch of junk....... keep up the good work.

  • dude u look like a zomby :-s

  • If you're working out 7 days a week you're overtraining and it will be hard for you to gain mass. You should be taking off at least 2 days a week to allow your body to rest, repair, and build new muscle.

  • what is your body fat

  • this is ugly.

  • HOLY FUCK ARE YOU TRAINING AND NOT EATING?

  • how tall are you?

  • @CDXXGOD 5'11"

  • @boochieboy814 How did you do your abbs man?

  • but still 1lbs a week aint bad at all

  • its ok man

but,eat more and train for MASS, not to see muscles

  • @kyleterence wht if he doesnt want mass?

  • this is a load of bullshit. no way in hell did you go from skinny to ripped in 4 months time.

  • nice tatoo :D

  • Regular ectomorphs need 3000 calories a day instead of 2000 because of high metabolism, a body building ectomorph needs more food then a body building endo or mesomorph and will always gain less results, that's why ectomorphs are called hard gainers.

  • hahahaha i don't see no results at all......

  • @Jampamang78 I see it.

  • Funny thing is your description says you made the progress from 7-10-09 till 11-10-09 but at the bottom of the pictures it clearly says 2005.

  • @IztormI I used my sister's camera to take all the photos in this video. The date was never set right, and I didn't know how to set it. All I did was take the pics, not mess with the settings.

  • @boochieboy814 All right, I didn't really care. Was fucking bored last night lol.

  • fuck what others say at least your doing something but I would do what Sannosuke01 says if your going for size

  • damn nice dude, recent updates?

  • you need to go through a bulking phase. you will gain some fat but youll also be able to gain some bulk muscle mass. then do a cutting phase. looks like you just worked out and got toned and gained some weight but you gotta bulk to look bigger(if thats what you want)

  • @avaladar thats exactly whay Im doing right now Im getting a bit fat but I can lift heavier and I feel like an animal hahaha

  • I hope that I don’t turn out like you

Honestly mate the veins are disgusting

Try putting some fat on and you will look 10x better

  • your mad cut but not that big.

  • What do you use to gain weight?

  • @TheLavalois I didn't use anything specifically for gaining weight. I did use creatine powder at around the 12 week mark though. Most of the weight I gained was a result of lifting alone.

  • take care of those kidneys and arteries......

  • @Chefjle Why kidneys?

  • This is not beutiful^^

  • @amiremre hahahahahahahaha

  • @FadingLights0 4-5%.

  • Your just skinny and ridiculously toned! I would reccommend a diet with 2.5 grams of protein per pound of your bodyweight, including shakes etc. You will look much better with some mass.

  • eat more food what are you like 120 lbs

  • @dlayne131 Yeah, actually 118.

  • OMG what happened to your bodyfat? It looks like you have 0%

  • u look better ur ripped just eat more to add mass and you would look much better. good luck

  • WTF Veins, lol

Nice transformation man, you need to put on some mass though, would look way better when you have a thicker frame and arms. Best of luck!

  • @TiestoElement Thank you. I'm currently on a bulking cycle.......it was so discouraging losing the 20 pounds I put on before my injury. Nevertheless, I'm trying to gain it back..lol.

  • omg v nice man, whats ur ab workout?

  • @super1range

    ABS:

Hanging leg raises: 3 sets until failure

Declined, weighted sit ups: 3 sets until failure

Oblique twists or "hanging windshield wipers": 2 sets until failure

Dragon flag: 1 holding as long as I can

Crunches: 1 set until failure as a cool down.

  • @boochieboy814

you do this in the gym? cuz my membership got cancelled, also what can i do at home and i dont have anything to hang on lol

  • @timguyperson Thank you my friend. My workout routine is a 3 day split,,,like this:

    Mon-Chest and Triceps

    Tues-Back,Biceps and abs

    Wed-Legs,shoulders and traps

Then I just repeat the workouts the next three days, and so on (working out 7 days a week). By the time the rotation goes around to where I start repeating,,that muscle group (groups) have had 3 days rest period, and are ready to be trained again. Workouts usually last 30-45 min. As far as my diet: I try to eat everything in sight.

  • @timguyperson Haha, thanks. I'm currently on a bulk,,,focusing on gaining some mass now.

  • Now start focusing on heavy weights to bulk up a bit. but nice results! im a hard gainer too and have been going for 2 months now and have put on 10lbs and went from benching 80lbs to 145lbs (i take creatine) and hoping to be about 150lbs by the time track starts and be pretty defined

  • @assassin3325 Thanks for the comment! This was early on in my knowledge of weightlifting and building muscle, and I am much more educated now. I started doing heavy weights with low reps, and taking creatine a while back. I'm at 13 months into training now, so yeah. Keep up the awesome work...10 pounds in 2 months is great! Just stay motivated and keep pushing on, and I know you'll get to where you want to be.

  • haha np. and ya i was surprised the strength increase. i mean my chest has gotten bigger and when i flex almost looks double from when i started! but can you help me with a friend? he wants to start going with me but he wants to start lifting what i do! i keep telling him its fine cause i started benching 80lbs and he is gonna end up hurting himself! or when he cant get it at all he just gives up! so idk what else to tell him but again Great results man!

  • @assassin3325 Just keep telling your friend he has to start off light. I was lifting the same weight for a month before I added weight,,,and even then,,,,it was only 5 or 6 pounds more I added to my dumbbells. I did try and move too fast at one point tho,,and I ended up hurting my elbow.....now I have to wear a brace every time I lift,,,and my elbow still hurts. Just remind him that if he hurts himself seriously, he may never be able to lift again. It only takes 1 time to be outta the game.

  • @assassin3325 And, if he can't lift the weight at all, and gets frustrated, and gives up....then he's trying to lift too much weight....plain and simple. Believe me, I've been there,,,,,,wanting to lift heavy so I could see results overnight,,,,,but it doesn't work like that. When my dad started lifting with me...we both made a promise to each other, that we were going to commit ourselves 100% to doing this, no matter how long it took. If the determination is there, the results will follow.

  • @assassin3325 And tell him if he's not serious about lifting, and just gives up, to stop wasting his time. If it were easy, everyone would do it. He's either in it seriously or he's not. Make him decide. My cousin lifted with me for a while, but I kicked him out because all he wanted to do is goof off, and drink protein shakes without putting forth any effort into lifting. At my home gym it's put up or shut up. Hope that helps you out. Thanks for the comments.

  • woah nice hair do you use conditioner?

  • @chvishal Of course!

  • this guy is skinny as shit

  • @chahater87 probably moree in shape than you

  • @chahater87 you know i really hate people like you. Why do you have to make fun of people who are trying to change there lives? i mean are you that pathetic? your probably some lazy guy who doesnt go to the gym. i mean why would you even wanna make fun of someone trying to change there life? CONGRATZ AGAIN ON YOUR AWESOME RESULTS!!!

  • you look like a Ethiopian lol ! i laughed when i saw the end your still very tiny hahaha

  • @Applebkush DAMN, my body doesn't impress a 15 year old boy,,,,,my life is now over,,,what ever will I do? Oh well, I guess anything's better than looking like Criss Angel with down syndrome. Keep swoopin' that hair kid.

  • @Applebkush you think your funny wrighting your bullshit comments all over youtube,

    but your just another retard.

there should be a age restriction on leaving comments, that would keep all the little immature children from posting crap comments.

  • hey try the supplement "Black Hole" or "Grub-On." They r appetite stimulants. I haven't tried them myself but they supposedly work. They help u eat ALOT more. I hear "Black Hole" is amazing and "Grub-On" is just okay. w/e look em up and c if they r 2 ur liking. if u decide 2 take one of these lemme know cus i was thinkin bout taken em myself. i hope this lil bit of info helps. Good luck!

  • @slimman I was going to try Black Hole months ago, but I never got around to it and I forgot all about it. I might try it sometime soon. I'll let you kow if I do. I never heard of Grub On, but I'll do some research on that as well. One thing I have tried was Vitol's "Incredible Weight Gain 5000" cookies and cream. It was really tasty, and had 5000 calories per serving! Ran out of $ tho, so I had to stop buying it. You can get it at discountanabolics - com.

  • @boochieboy814 thanks. i think i might try that "Incredible Weight Gain 5000" stuff

  • get your chest up!

  • try creatine and, optimum nutrition serious mass!! and eat 3 to 6 meals a day and workout 3days a week!! :))

  • Eat more. You need protein, carbs, and fat to bulk up, if that's your goal. Everything depends on what your goals are. To gain mass, three days a week max. Don't work out more than 45 minutes at a time. Keep your total number of sets per training session at 12 to 16. Keep a journal and always increase your weight or your reps every time you train.

  • @tglander99 Yes, I agree. I am at the 1 year mark now, so I'll have to upload another progress video. My workouts last about 30-40 minutes, and I do sets of 5 reps. I lift the heaviest I possibly can, on every workout. The hardest part for me is eating. When your body tells you it's had enough, it's hard to keep shoving food down your throat. I've made myself sick a couple of times doing that. Thanks for the great comment tho!

  • @boochieboy814 Every "body" is different. Unique. No "body" will react the same to any particular stimulus. Your gains are great. The key to success is to focus on your goal. Some may disagree, but in my own "laboratory" (my own body) I have discovered that tons of protein makes no difference. The old "1 gram per pound" mantra just isn't true for me. Keep eating and working. Remember, if you're in it for life, there's no rush. Just keep using progression. Every workout must beat the previous.

  • @tglander99 Agree 100%. Thanks buddy.

  • @boochieboy814 i have the same problem. i have gained a lot of strength but the hardest part is the eating so thats wuts holding me back. try taking supplements and just keep up the hard work bro. u can do it!

  • @slimman Thanks for the positive reinforcement. I do take supplements now (many of them),,,,,but even still it's hard...as I'm sure you know. i've tried all kinds of weight gainer powders, but it got too expensive for me, and didn't really work anyways. Only supplements that ever put any weight on me were creatine and turkesterone. Thanks again for the comment. I'm not going to stop.

  • @boochieboy814 NO WAY YOUR RIPPED WHAT YOU DO FOR UR ABS DUDE AND HOW OLD R U

  • @niggahigga123able Haha. I'm 25. As far as the abs go.....I do leg raises and weighted declined sit-ups, as well as oblique twists and crunches. I just do as many as I can, and when think I can't do even one more........I force myself to do 50 more!

  • @boochieboy814 HOW MANY TIMES A DAY DO YOU EAT

  • @niggahigga123able I hardly ever get full meals in. I just eat throughout the whole day as I get hungry (maybe 5-7 times). Only full meal is at dinnertime...maybe.

  • very good men

    checa mi video!

  • how often did you eat? did you take protein shakes? and how often(a week) did you worked out??

  • @ReassuringSmile In the beginning two months I ate like I normally do and worked out maybe 30 minutes a day 2 or 3 times a week (just chin-ups, push-ups and resistance band stuff)...I didn't know anything about building muscle, so I was kind of just winging it. At about two months in, I got some real equipment and started doing total body workouts every other day (3-4 times a week) which lasted about an hour each, and drinking 2 protein shakes and 5 grams of creatine a day. Still ate normal.

  • you need to eat a lot mor emate you need to bulk work out hwo many calories and protein and carb you need for your weight to go up and try a weight gainer on top of a good diet then after a while get some creatine and bcaa or even a pre workout

  • damn. how did you stay vascular while still gaining muscle? good progress

  • @TheMightyLu Gaining MUSCLE usually won't affect vascularity,,,gaining FAT will. I gained 16 pounds, but little if any was fat....hence...I'm still vascular like I have always been. Thanks for the comment!

  • what's up with this satanic nazi music?

  • @deltaecho1 Satanic, nazi music? LOL, it's just the kind of music I like.....heavy metal.

  • @deltaecho1 o0o0o SATAAAAAAAAAN!!!! lol Im jk Rock on

  • @ToxicDet0x For sure ;-)

  • gain some mass man

  • try doing more heavy weigth training on the chest, tri's and back

  • @2pawd new to working out, what is the point of doing heavy weight. instead of just doing light weight with alot of reps?

  • @2pawd new to working out. what is the point of doing heavy weight?

  • @Shaqdaddy0snapz I can answer that for you. Heavy weight training with low repetitions puts the most stress on the muscle, and tears the muscle fibers down the best, so it can rebuild bigger and stronger. Heavy training also releases the most amount of testosterone and growth hormone into your body, which go hand in hand with gaining mass and size.

  • @boochieboy814 ok thanks

  • awesome progress.. I am certainly a fan of slim hard muscle, and you are a prime example.. you have great shape to your muscles, and because of the nature of your physique, every once just makes u look stronger and harder.. great work.. whats your height/weight.. would love to see you post a flexing vid

  • @armsdude Thanks you for the comment. I'm going to do a video for my ab routine since everyone keeps asking,,and maybe a flexing vid as well. I lost the charger for my camera so bear with me. I'm 5'11" and between 125-130 pounds. cya.

  • nice abs man

  • @AznTubeProductions Thanks.

  • Them veinified arms reminded me of mine, i think from all the vids iv seen ur body is exactly like mine, i too can eat takeaways all year round and barely put on. Dont give up though keep going man!!!!

  • @imicky For sure buddy.

  • Are you ectomorphy?

  • @chris96kalonji YES.

  • DAYUUMM! look at those veins popin out! kinda creepy

  • DAYUUMM! look at those veins popin out! kinda creepy

  • Hi I'm a fellow hard-gainer too and I know where you're coming from. I was 56kg in April 2009 and am 69kg now (April 2010). What comes easy to others was a tough chore for me. I had to consciously remind myself to eat. I also experimented and found what worked for me. I know the pain man, wearing loose clothes to hide the bones etc. Keep on going dude, and dont let anything distract you.

  • @delklass

Yeah...there is hope.....it's just a lot harder for people like us. I always have people telling me to "just eat", but what they don't realize is that I can eat nothing but fast food for a month straight and seriously gain like 2 pounds if I'm lucky...MAYBE....and I'll lose it real quick as well. I just keep on keepin' on ya know...........thanks for the motivational words though.

  • If your planning on get big cut ur hair

  • your vascularity is insane

  • yea basically like everyone else said try to eat a lot and get bigger! you are toned as hell, but need more mass...good job though for sure!

  • At 1:37,,I remember my mom walked past the room and saw me taking that pic and told me I better stop flexing so hard or my head was gonna explode,,,haha.

  • @OrionLong Oh,,,ok,, I.C. the pics came out weird when I uploaded them...lol.

  • @OrionLong I'VE USED WEIGHT GAINERS BEFORE,,LIKE GASPARI'S REAL MASS AND VITOL'S WEIGHT GAIN 5000 calories per serving....NEITHER DID JACK FOR ME. ONLY SUPPLEMENT THAT EVER PUT ANY WEIGHT ON ME WAS CREATINE. WHY DO I LOOK LIKE SATAN???

  • get some meat on ya boy

  • no one has that type of vascularity without some type or nittric oxide or blood flow enhancer

  • @Outlaw0770

LOL....my forearms and biceps are almost ALWAYS that "veiny".......the rest of my body in those pictures was the normal pump I ALWAYS get from lifting (most of those pics were taken right after an intense workout). I can do some isometrics or just "flex" for a short time and the veins pop out everywhere. I always get people telling me "look at your veins sticking out"(in my arms)......I can't PROVE to you I didn't have N.O. or anything in my system but I'm telling you I did not.

  • @Outlaw0770 dude he's an ecto, it's nothing unusual. It's because he has very little fat under his skin to cover those veins. I remeber myslef a few years back, had veins popping out everywhere...now 30 punds heavier..u can barely see any veins unless I felx...

  • damn dude ive gained 15lbs in the past 3 weeks!

  • dude, eate some!

  • I wish it was that easy. I could eat burger king for a month straight and literally gain like a pound lol. I'm as hard as a hardgainer gets. I ain't giving up tho.

  • Excellent. Let's see some biceps shots. :)

  • I'm not a bodybuilder....I'm just trying to gain some weight and stay in shape along the way (I don't want to gain fat weight). Drugs are bad,,,,,that's why I don't do them.....any of them....unless they were prescribed to me for a sickness. I've never even smoked marijuana,,,,,and I RARELY drink a beer or two.

  • drugs and body building is bad dude.

  • Good work, damn ive never seen a person with so many blood veins :D keep it up

  • steds!!!!!

  • @LuvNick13

No way man. Hard work is all.

  • You got some nice abs, how did you train them? : )

    nice transformation so far!

  • @iT0rtur3 Many, Many leg raises :)

  • hey. doing good. i have the same problem. its been a month and a half, i have gone from 108 to 126. key for me is
