@beachhawiian People are stupid. The general public under estimates the power of makeup, contouring, lights, angles, and hair. Kim hasn't had any major plastic surgery, it is all magic of makeup. She has had botox and probably fillers in her nasio-labial folds, but the rest of her including her lips are real.
