  • I agree, I wish there was a site where one can buy single songs just like they have on iTUNES.

  • 2nd to none highly rated and beautifully executed tigrigna song from a cute girl. songs of the motherland really touches heart.

  • "Hagerey msaki yihesheni" means "my country I'm better off being with you" in other word it's good for me to be with you.

  • Dis Is A Wicked Video, I Just Love It!! Wicked Singer, Wicked Rhythm, Jah Know...

  • Very matured girl, perfect voice with meaningful message. I respect artiste when they sing for their country and ppl. This is the way it should be. I hate when artiste involve in politics. Specially when they wership for an individual person.

Go girl, keep it up all the good work. "Embir Rahwa"

Long live Ethiopia in genral and Tigray in particular !!

  • Artist all over the world sang ppls graveness by ruling dictators and alike. I do respect artist who sing politics. That is why Teddy Afro is the #1 artist of all time.May be rated low by Weyani and alike but we love him and respect him. He spoken through his word what million of Ethiopians feel. As an artist he did not have to pull the trigger to assassinate the Perpetrators of our nation.

Anyway you are entitle to your opinion and millions of us entitle to ours.

God Bless you Rawha! love it

Especially for Ethiopians living abroad that can understand the difference between living home and abroad it is so tickling. I dont know how much this song is loved in Ethiopia but I can imagine it is loved so much.

I appreciate the singer, the editor, and the composer. This can give a very good clue for people arround the industry/ songs.

    Cheers Rahwa well done!!!!!

Why don't you first improve on your English language skills before typing in and sending in your comments here?

Your English is outrageously rubbish that an elementary school student from Addis may even laugh at it.

If you live in the US, please, go to adult schools where they offer English lessons at no cost to you.

  • You, trying to teach me English?? First learn English yourself, idiot ignoramus. You shall kowtow to my bigheadedness yet, YeEritrea Sharmuta !!

  • Btrueeth

the best way to deal with your kind of people is to Ignore. This is the easiest thing to do when dealing with your kind people. They will always think they are right or they will not care to listen to you because they don't want to be wrong...Even if they know you're right, sorry 4u

  • Boohoohoo! Why did you first start abusing Galas/Oromos? Stupid. If you ignore then just ignore. No need to state it here punk!

  • ATA SAHSAH HAMASSENAY WEDI KONANIT! if you don't like AGAME so go to the hell and leave the site ! ASHA DONKORO HAMASSEN!

  • She made me to remember my motherland Ethiopia and my lovely Ethiopian people. She is also sweet that I totally fall in love with her and her song.

    Great song ever from Rahiwa!

  • mekeleman

     go to hell

  • mekeleman you are a lier mother fucker be your self kid and get of from those dirty drags

  • I love this song. A pretty girl from my country. I din't speak tigrigna. But l love tigrigna music and crazy about it.

  • I love the song, I love Ethiopia! Dont speak Tigrigna but I understand what she is talking about.

  • There is no language named 'Ertria', as I tried 2 get ur point, in one of the eritrean languages called Tigrigna, yes u'r right Rahwa means peace. But this language ,Tigrigna; is spoken widely throughout the Tigray part of North Ethiopia. This artist, Rahwa; is also from this region praising her country, Ethiopia. Eritreans shares many common cultures with us, but Tigrigna identifies the Tigray region of Ethiopia more than Eritrea, as in Eritrea Tigrigna covers 1/9 section of it.

  • I want to add that, its the way its spelled, but Rahwa, is probabily meant "Ruhwa" which is another word for river besides "gerev". In the town I was born (Wukro) we say gerev but far western tigray instead they say ruhwa. Too many dialects, but its all love.

  • Sorry to say this, but it is about "Gereb" & "Ruba" (River) that u'r talking about. Totally these words has nothing to do with "Rahwa" (Joy). I'm also proud of the diversity of Tigrigna.....

  • @Begolooo

Let me correct you. There is NO language called Tigray or Eritrea.

GEEZ created Tigre (widely spoken in Eritrea), Tigrigna & Amharic.

There are many people in Tigray & Eritrea, who DO NOT SPEAK Tigrigna, just like there are HISPANICS who don NOT speak English in USA.

As Oromo is spoken in Ethiopia & Kenya, Tigrigna is spoken both in Eritrea & Ethiopia (Tigray).

PS: It's common for people across the borders to speak the same languages

    BTW: NICE VIDEO!!!

  • Love this song beautiful voice and beautiful girl. I don't understand but i know it's about my motherland thnx.

  • What can I say, except "HAH..." elka miráy!

  • i love it i love it.. keep it up the good work my sister.. you are beautiful & talanted

  • damn man tigiriya girls are hot most of them i met. but ethiopians always divide by race and my parents try to educate me to marry a girl from my own race. wtf what if i like the girl and she is not from my race? racism is so bad and need to be stopped.habesha unite everybody falls in love no matter what race you belong.
