  • I used to live in Ocean Park. The closest tower was less than a quarter mile from my house. Pretty cool to hear the test go off.

  • Apparently WA has screwed up on yet another project because they installed these crappy sirens all over, including in Pierce Co for lahar warning, but nobody can hear them for one, and if you do hear them, they sound just like fire trucks or something of that nature. What a waste of taxpayer dollars.

  • See if it goes off today. Tsunami warning for the US west coast

  • Wow, that's kind of weak for a tsunami warning siren... less than a mile away? Sheesh, had it been a real emergency, I don't think anyone would have known and then a lot of people would have died.

  • lol i was at oceanpark elementy schol when those went off and we couldnt here them at all

  • Over here in the centeral canal area we got flyers for that test. There is too many things wrong with that. We are very unlikely to have one but we are more prone to horrible earthquakes.

  • that test was a fail i was right near the tower at the high school and it never went off all the thing did was have the little blue light on top flashed

  • federal signal modulators, no doubt about it.

  • Go to 3:20 to avoid the chitchat and get to the sirens.
