180lbs? how tall are you, I'm 180 and I'm signifigantly bigger, you must me 6'2 or something. In my opinion you'd look great if you did a big winter bulk and than cut after.

I'm not positive about what he's doing but I'm going to speak for him and say that you shouldn't be doing each workout everyday. Recovery is critical if you want to actually put on mass.

@lionstance Thats good to hear! I'm glad you could get your weight down, you should now focus on building mass. Those "high intensity" workout programs like P90 and insanity are really just cardiovascular exercise which is great to expend calories and use up energy, which is great for weight loss. To gain mass you have to do heavy resistance training. For tip check out my other video "How I Got Big".
The protein/mass gainer shakes will help you put muscle on, the vegetable juice does not. :)

Nice job Brian. Thats an awesome video. Thanks for the great tips. l had to turn ther volume down on the music as it was pretty explicit..lol. I appreciate you sharing your techniques to the public. Keep you the great work kidd cause you totally rock and it shows.
over all its a pretty video. shows a lot of different work outs, however the DB fly work out, i have heard of a lot problems with it (more than other work outs) and people do irreversible damage over time because of them.
the vegetable juice at the end doesnt really explain anything though.
i feel sorry for the guy using the dumbbell after your knee raises.

Make sure with upright rows you gotta get your elbows to or above your ears.
Not sure why you're doing them with dumbbells anyway, a W bar is much better for it.
Awesome inner lats, if you wanna make your lats wider, do more narrow grip pulldowns/pull ups.

Arnold swore by DB flies, this is because its great to stretch your muscles, its stretches your muscle fascia which is important for growing.
The juice wasn't supposed to explain anything? Ummm...yah?
