fomiz-No, it is a good place, that's not what I meant. I can say safely that a lot of non-Japanese people who don't live here tend to have illusions about what it's like. That's all. For 2500190,if you want to know badly enough, spend some extended time here (before you decide on a move) to get some understanding of it, and your place in it as a foreigner. As one myself, I can say its been pretty good - but your Japanese should be up to a decent level to really be comfortable.
If only I could be accepted there. If only I could learn to speak japanese at the speed of lightening. If only I had the money to move there. If only I had the guts to change. If only I could stop being a dreamer...I would be there now. Arigato.
If only you'd realize you can't learn Japanese immediately and that you should stop 'dreaming' and just do it. If you're a foreigner, you're a foreigner, can't change it so accept it. If you wanna go and do what you want to, then go for it!
