I also saw this on a Commercial today, for Dish Network or Direct TV, and it should be illegal, because the Copyright says not for resale, and they are getting paid for this.

Wow, really cheap move. I don't believe they could be sued though, Andrew Kramer is pretty much giving his tutorials for free and as long as they didn't copy anything except for the steps - it should be legal. So if they just downloaded the project file and then raped it, it would've been a different story.

Rofl, there is no problem in using his videos, they are MADE for commercial use, and in the trailer they were used very well.

You can't compare simply copied tutorial results and collections like Riot Gear.
