  • J love it

  • nice! pleas make new vids your robots are soooo awsome!

  • is the nxt plugged in as i cantsee any wires, still very good, im just curious

  • here the2 nxt is just weight of all the batteries to see if it can work mechanicaly like the first stair test all control is by PF/ir remote . i been waiting on a mmux so the whole thing can be programmed from a single nxt. right now the only one is from the Ukrain, one from the usa may be out by years end but i am waiting for a review of the Ukrainian one looks very nice, runs 3 nxt motrs and can daisy chained

  • This is the biggest nxt biped i've seen so far

  • your stix projects are always cool to watch. I love watching your crazy robots do amazing somersaults and flipping and stuff. Good job!

  • brilliant job! very complex and interesting. Keep up the great work! :)

One thing I'd be interested in seeing for a next project is a turning biped. as far as I know, no one's ever done that :)

  • There are a few that turn rather well. Using many differant ideas to do this. Mt first good Biped used turning ankles that rotated, this along with the Lego Sonar it could see walls and turn around and walk the other way. See my "BIPED MDx2.4 Video3" Thiat robot could only walk and not climb. Slao check out "Marsteintoppen" work on youtube as well, he has some very good design's.

  • that is great!

    222doc are you a doc?

  • Remember the movie," Back to the Future" More like Doc Brown

  • ok cool. so that is why you have good NXTs

  • It is obvious how you had to overcome problems of heavy weight.

  • The trick that made the break through was my planetary like joints. Since each joint has 2 large turtables and 8 drive pins it can hlod alot of rotational weight. THis spreads all the load very equal.

  • The weight of this right now is 5lbs 13oz. The bird is Snoopy he is about 30years old an African Grey.

  • thats crazy.

    how much does it weigh?

  • Amazing as usual, doc. :)

    Keep up the good work,

    ~Sidneys1

  • the bird in the background just made this video
