Can someone explains what Tinkerbell isand how it happens in this fireworks show, my sister said it was a man in a green suit riding a bicycle across a string.
no, it's an acrobat/aerialist (could be male or female) in a Tinkerbell costume(wth lit wings, etc) "flying" down a lead wire (attaching to her back, like you've seen in the movies) from the castle to a building in Tomorrowland, so in the dark it appears as though Tink is waving as she flits through the kingdom.

Any female of five feet in height who has the will to wear the harness and crash down 180 feet below qualifies. It is a highly sought after position because it pays 8 hours of wages for less than an hour's worth of work. I know that in 1995 the hourly wage was $13 an hour. I hope it has increased over that time.
every single time tinkerbell comes i tear up!! i don't know why! ahhh... it's still the same firework show at disneyland.. i guess both the parks use the same one.. i think its time for a new one... hahah.

I've been to disney world. I was only there for a week but it was the most amazing place I've ever been to. I loved everything! The fireworks, the rides, the sights, I want to go back! That's my wish.

Why do I STILL cry whenever I see this? I cried like this when I was a kid and saw the fireworks. Now it's just so nostalgic it's amazing.
